Description
Summary:Ben Campbell is a young, highly intelligent student at M.I.T., who wants to attend the Harvard School of Medicine, but can't afford the $300,000 for tuition. Ben is introduced into a small but secretive club by his math professor Micky Rosa. The club has four other students, Jill, Choi, Kianna, and Jimmy, who are being trained by Micky in the skill of blackjack card counting. Although initially reluctant, Ben joins the club and travels with his new friends on secret weekend trips to Las Vegas. There, they use fake IDs, code talk, and hand signals to make hundreds of thousands of dollars at casino after casino. At first Ben only wants to make enough money for the tuition, but he's soon seduced by the Vegas lifestyle and the attention of fellow club member Jill . Eventually, Ben's greed and arrogance put Micky, as well as the group, on the radar of a brutal casino security enforcer named Cole Williams, who holds a personal grudge against Micky.
