Of the English Improvements in Trade, upon the Inventions of other Nations, and the Increase of our Commerce on these Improvements; and of the Improvements likewise made upon our own Product. A Proposal for exterminating the Pirates of Tunis, Tripolt, Algier, and Sallee. With a Scheme for restoring the antient Commerce on the North and Northwest Coast of Africa.
